V. v. poor experience with Tripsta. Transfers were chaotic. Missed connecting flights. I found customer support less than acceptable.

Avoid at all cost
Avoid at all cost. Could not make it to my flight due to delayed connection flight. When contacted airlines they asked me to contact Tripsta as they were the booking agent. Had multiple phone conversations with Tripsta and all I got was empty promises that they would call me back. Chased up for up to year, didn't even get a callback. Very disappointing service.

SCAM ARTISTS
In the summer we had a flight get cancelled last minute, when we were already at the airport. We were not warned in advance. Have contacted Tripsta via email and Twitter several times without ever receiving a reply or refund. Very unhappy. DO NOT USE!!
Scam artists
Scam artists, plain and simple. We had to cancel a flight. They were utterly unhelpful, save for trying to coax more money out of our pockets. They ultimately said they'd refund a fraction of the paid amount... Six months later, that refund still hasn't arrived.

When issued tickets .changed my daughters surname and it costing me buying another ticket on the travelling date .I have to pay £252 for my 2 years old daughter to carry on for holidays.tried all phone number they were on the tickets but all busy no answer .I will be contacted them when I will be back home and I needed an explanation from them.

I got my ticket booked but had to cancel due to ill health. They will not even refund the taxes on the ticket.
I ran pillar to post and gave them the medical evidence and 999 call records for my condition. They promised a whole lot and delivered nothing.
They are based in Greece somewhere so you cant hold them account to anything from here in the UK.
they are scammers ....please stay away !
Stay AWAY
My flight was cancelled right before take off and I never saw my money back from Tripsta. This happened back in May. I followed up with them at least 3 times and they said once Swiss refunds them, they will refund me. Unacceptable customer service since I booked with Tripsta- which I should never have done!!!- not with Swiss. A few weeks later the phone number for the UK stopped working and they are nowhere to be found!!

Don't expect any after-sales service from Tripsta
Booked flights through Tipsta. Observed a mistake of title on the ticket. Tried to talk to Tripsta on phone many times. No one attended the phone. Wrote email but never got a reply. Not happy with the after sales-service of the Tripsta

Please do NOT book with this travel agency
Please do NOT book with this travel agency, I have been trying to get in contact with them 3 month ago with no benefit. I tried to call several offices and e-mailed them as well but without any reply. I cancelled my trip with them and they were supposed to return my money within 5 working days but they never did it. I advice everyone to travel with another agency, so you don’t put yourself in a stressful situation.

We booked 3 tickets to a family wedding in Australia through this joke company because they were on Skyscanner and we just assumed they would be genuine and reliable.
Flights have been cancelled (the only reason we knew this was because a family member was on the same flight but booked through someone else) and we’ve heard absolutely nothing from tripsta, emailed several times to no reply, the phone numbers don’t even ring, can’t belive companies are getting away with this, how they have anything above 1 star on trust pilot is mystery

Shambles
We bought tickets in June, received confirmation email and copy of e-tickets. But in August I tried to enter advanced passenger information but couldn't get into the airline website so I phoned asking for a PNR number and quoted my e-ticket number to be told that the tickets had been cancelled. Subsequently found out that Tripsta had ceased trading. I received no information that the tickets had been cancelled and as they were for a single journey returning from India we could have been sat there trying to check in on line only to find that we didn't have tickets.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! We booked flights with them to Bogota, Colombia and were flying with Air Canada. The flight then changed from London Gatwick to London Heathrow and we were not informed by tripsta. This meant we missed the flight and had to book new ones on the day. Contact number is invalid for them and no replies to emails so no sign of a refund. Air Canada being just a difficult! DO NOT BOOK.. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! Spend a little more money and book with the airline directly!
